In 2003 Joey Vargas established Vargas Construction. Following his father’s footsteps as a young boy, he learned hands-on how to remodel modest to large extravagant homes. He knew from a very young age this was his calling, and followed his talents to California State University, Chico, where he earned his degree in Construction Management. Shortly after graduating from college, he decided to put his knowledge and hands-on experience to use, and obtained his Contractors License… and Vargas Construction was born!
